Pursuant to the KVKK, your personal data is processed, in the capacity of data controller, by 360 GLOBAL STUDIO YAZILIM VE TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (the "Company") within the scope described below.

• Responding to communication and support requests.
• Provision of the Service and carrying out generation and hosting processes.
• Carrying out contract and subscription processes.
• Carrying out information security processes and preventing fraud and abuse.
• Fulfilling legal obligations.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the existence of your explicit consent; necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract; fulfillment of a legal obligation; and necessity for the legitimate interests of the Company.

Your personal data may, limited to the purposes above and in compliance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, be shared with our hosting, storage, database, analytics, and payment infrastructure providers, and, in case of legal obligation, with competent public institutions and organizations. Due to the global infrastructure of the Service, since the providers we use may operate servers abroad, your data may be processed abroad in compliance with the conditions stipulated by the KVKK.

Your personal data is collected electronically through forms on the website, account creation, generation processes, and email channels.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing; know the parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad; request its correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately; request its deletion/destruction under the conditions stipulated in the KVKK; request that these operations be notified to the parties to whom it has been transferred; object to an outcome arising against you as a result of exclusively automated analysis; and request the remedy of your damages due to unlawful processing.

To exercise your rights, you may submit your requests to contact@web360.studio. Your application will, pursuant to Article 13 of the KVKK, be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
