Terms of Use

Web360 is an AI-powered website creation platform. You describe your business or idea in natural language; Web360 generates a working website for you, including design, content, and structure, and lets you edit and publish it. The Service's features, limits, credit system, plans, and pricing may change as the product evolves. We will reasonably announce significant changes.

To use the Service, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You alone are responsible for the security of your account and password; you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us immediately.

The Service may use a credit system for site generation and related operations. How credits are consumed, renewed, and related to plans is explained within the Service and in the subscription terms. Credits are intended for use only within the Service; they cannot be converted to cash and, unless otherwise stated, cannot be transferred.

Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the term that remains in effect until you cancel. Payment transactions are carried out securely through third-party payment infrastructure providers; we do not store your card information. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current payment period. We may change prices from time to time, and we will reasonably notify you of changes before they take effect.

The inputs you provide through the Service (prompts, texts, images and files you upload) and the websites and content you generate belong to you. Web360 acquires only the limited rights necessary to provide the Service: to host, process, display, and back up your content and to publish your site on your behalf. These rights are limited to the operation of the Service, and we do not claim ownership of your content.

You alone are responsible for all content you upload, generate, or publish through the Service. You agree not to upload or publish material that you do not own or do not have the right to use (including copyrighted images, trademarks, and third-party content). It is your responsibility to ensure that the content you publish complies with applicable laws.

You may not use the Service to: produce or distribute content that violates applicable laws; infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or personal rights of others; create harmful, misleading, fraudulent, hateful, or harassing content; distribute malware; attempt to circumvent the Service's security measures; abuse the Service with automated tools (bots, scrapers), overload it, or gain unauthorized access to its resources; or use the Service to copy a product that competes directly with us. Violation of these rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

The Service may make use of or contain links to third-party services for functions such as hosting, analytics, and payment. These third parties' own terms and privacy practices apply; we are not responsible for them. When you connect your own domain name to the sites you generate, your domain name provider's terms may also apply.

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service, its features, and its content at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be provided without interruption or error; interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or causes beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuity.

If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time. After termination, provisions that by their nature should remain in effect (such as content responsibility, limitations of liability, and indemnification) survive.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business). To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from your use of the Service is limited.

You agree to hold Web360 and its relevant persons harmless against, and to reasonably indemnify them for, third-party claims arising from your use of the Service, the content you generate or publish, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates on this page and refresh the "Last updated" date. We will reasonably announce significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after an update means that you accept the changes.
