As 360 Global Studio Yazılım ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Web360", "we"), we care about your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use web360.studio and our services (collectively, the "Service"), how we use this information, with whom we share it, and your rights.
We do not sell your information
IMPORTANT: We DO NOT SELL your personal data or information. We do not sell, rent, or market your data to third parties for advertising purposes. We process your data only to provide and improve the Service for you, to the extent described below.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information you provide directly
Information you provide to us when using the Service:
- Account information: name, email address, password, and, if any, profile and organization information.
- Billing information: payment transactions are securely carried out through third-party payment providers; we do not store your card number. Information such as billing address and transaction history may be retained.
- Prompts and content: the texts/prompts you write to generate a site, the images and files you upload, project settings, the sites you generate, and your edits.
- Support communications: the emails and support requests you send us.
b. Information collected automatically
Information collected automatically when you use the Service:
- Log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device information.
- Usage data: the features you use, generation operations, error logs.
- Cookies and similar technologies: for session management, security, preferences, and analytics (details are in our Cookie Policy).
c. Information received from third parties
- The minimum necessary information received from the infrastructure and integration providers we use to provide the Service (for example, payment confirmation).
2. Purposes for Which We Use Information
We process your information for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain the Service (account access, site generation, hosting, publishing).
- To improve and personalize the generation experience.
- To enhance functionality, fix errors, and understand usage trends.
- To detect and prevent security threats, fraud, and abuse.
- To communicate with you (service notifications, product updates, billing notices).
- To fulfill our legal obligations.
We may aggregate or anonymize data for analytics and research purposes.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of necessity for the establishment or performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, our legal obligations, and, where appropriate, your explicit consent. For users located in Türkiye, the details under KVKK are set out in our KVKK Disclosure Notice.
4. With Whom We Share Information
We DO NOT SELL your personal information. We may share information only in the following situations and to the extent necessary:
- Service providers: hosting and storage (for example, Cloudflare), database and authentication infrastructure (for example, Supabase), site analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics — does not use cookies, does not collect personal data), payment infrastructure (third-party payment provider), and our AI generation infrastructure — only as much as the service requires.
- Legal obligation: pursuant to a court order, a request from a competent authority, or our legal obligations.
- Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, with privacy obligations preserved.
- Your sharing: the sites you publish and the links you share may be publicly accessible.
5. International Data Transfer
Web360 serves users worldwide, and the infrastructure providers we use may operate servers in different countries. For this reason, your data may be processed outside the country where you are located. We process your data within the framework of the purposes described in this Policy and reasonable security measures.
6. Data Retention Period
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary:
- Account data: until you delete your account.
- Projects and prompts: for as long as your account is active; deleted or anonymized upon request or when the account is closed.
- Logs: for a reasonable period for security and troubleshooting purposes (up to approximately 90 days).
- Billing records: for the duration of legal retention obligations.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights: to access your data; to correct inaccurate or incomplete data; to request its deletion; to request restriction of processing; to port your data; and to withdraw the consent you have given. To exercise these rights, you may write to contact@web360.studio; we may request additional information to verify your identity. 8. Data Security
We apply reasonable and industry-common technical and administrative measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS), restricting access to data by authorization, and regular security reviews. Nevertheless, we remind you that no method of data transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. We recommend that you use a strong password.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 18. If you believe that a child has provided us with data, contact contact@web360.studio to have it deleted.
10. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; we recommend that you review their own policies before using them.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post updates on this page and refresh the "Last updated" date. We will reasonably notify you of significant changes.
